I recently photographed a new kind of funerary space outside of Celaya, Mexico, designed MYT+GLVDK. While it is not the the usual subject matter that I photograph, I was very excited to photograph this project and to explore the ways in which funerary services are evolving and changing. For this space, there is an emphasis on light and life, which is far different from the after life care spaces I have been to before.
